Only 3 days left!
Finally!
I have waited for this trip almost one year and I think that so have the others from our group too! When I first time heard about this class (which includes trip to Kenya) organized by my school, I immediately knew I have to be accepted to this class. Luckily I was and now there is only 3 days left before we board the flight and fly to Amsterdam and Nairobi.
Before our trip we have met few times and got to know Kenya and its culture and geography. We have prepared some presentations about Kenya and the life in a developing country, and collect money for two schools there. In Kenya we are going to visit for example Drug fighters' slum school in Kibera, The Great Rift Valley and if we get lucky, Mountain Rainforest at Taita hills. Of course we are going to visit many other places too, but you can read about those visits later..
The hardest part of travel preparations was vaccination, but luckily I'm still alive! We also have to take Malaria tablets and some doctors frightened us by saying that those tablets may cause hallucinations and nightmares..
Well, there are still thousands things to do before the trip, so maybe I should get started!
P.S. English is not our native language, so I hope you will overlook our spelling mistakes..

Before THE trip
Almost ready to go! Don't wait with travel preparations, we have already taken Yellow fever, Polio and both Hepatitis Vaccines (and it didn't hurt at all..)
